Shipping policy

Please note the following points with respect to our Shipping Policy:

1. We ship pan India and offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. Please note that there could be changes to this policy in specific situations e.g. sale event. 
2. We try to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. This does not include public and festive holidays.  There could be delays in dispatch during sale events. 
3. For COD orders, we charge an additional flat fee of INR 150. Additionally, we might do further verifications via call/SMS for COD orders. 
4. After dispatching your order, we would share the tracking information and delivery updates to you via SMS/whatsapp. 
5. We ship pan India and the delivery times depend on the address provided by you. While our orders get delivered in 8-10 days, there could be a delay in some situations which are beyond our control. 
6. Express delivery: We can accomodate express delivery requests provided they are shared with us via email within 12 hours of placing the order. Express delivery is subject to an additional charge of INR 150/-. Please note that while we will communicate the timelines shared by our courier partner for express delivery, we can not guarantee any specific delivery date or timeline from our end. 
7. You can choose to cancel the product before the product is shipped to you.
