Refund policy

At Irochi, we allow returns in the following scenarios

a) Damaged Product: If you have received a damaged product, please share an unboxing video of the product to us at irochihomes@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery of product . 

b) Incorrect Product: As a lot of our products are handmade, the final product received by you could be slightly different than shown on the website. In case you have received a product which is entirely different or has a genuine defect, please share an unboxing video to us at irochihomes@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery of product. 

c) In case the delivery is declined by you or the delivery fails after multiple attempts from our courier parter, we would initiate a refund after a flat deduction of INR 250/-

We will respond to your return request within 24 hours of receiving the request. Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund as applicable to the scenario. You can expect a refund within 10 business days from when the request is approved. 

Please note that for all the return requests, we reserve the final right to take the decision as we deem fit.
